Ares Ultra never connects!!

Hello all. I recently joined 'The Movie Downloads', the best and biggest place to watch and download music, movies and tv shows. Anyway, Ares Ultra is the software they give you once you are joined up. I installed it and got it up and running but it always says <Connecting>. A quick google search showed me this happens to almost everyone. I have firewall on, but I have Ares in the 'Exceptions' tab. There is no other firewall anywhere and I am connected to the Internet. Anyone got any ideas or what to do? Or if it happened to you and you fixed it...how? Please let me know as this looks great and want to start downloading movies asap
