Are you using a gnutella p2p sharing program, or games, or ? Your post is a little confusing. Did you check Peerless' link in his post about speed tests?

yea, i have checked Peerless post to boardband test during Peerless test. download test 215 kbps, upload test 112 kbps.everything is fine with boardband, but why could't connect friends IP adress.
