Is Limewire safe after court order?

I go into Limewire to find a couple of songs and see the warning that Limewire is under a court order. Does this now make song sharing illegal? What will happen if I look for those songs I want?

its the same as it ever was...LW is defunct, but the software is still out there...and yep, it's illegal to download and share copyrighted materials (as it has always been)
