I remember reading some years ago that the world renown surgeon on reattaching "male parts" lives in Thailand, I remember him saying that he did not set out to be the world's expert in such a field.

You see, long before "Bobbitt" Thai wives and/or girlfriends would punish their wayward husbands/boyfriends by performing their own surgery when the poor unfortunate was asleep. Hence, the world expert on reattachments.
