 The most common remote assistance program is TeamViewer, but by using it you are giving the person helping pretty unlimited access to your PC. So you need someone you can trust, since to fix any connection issues you would need to share an admin rights account that allows any changes made to your connection settings. TeamViewer - Free Remote Control, Remote Access & Online Meetings Usually it's mostly used in a corporate environment, but it's free for home users. I unfortunately have no free time to help. I even have to go to work today (Sunday)   |
