Does anyone answer these posts?

I posted a message on 4/1/02 regarding not being able to stay connected to limewire. This has only been a recent occurrence. We used to be able to download music without any problem. Now we seem to be connecting to hosts, but then the number of hosts quickly reduces and we receive the message that says we are disconnected. There have been appoximately 7 postins on this site after mine referring to connection problems, but I don't see any answers for anyone. IS ANYONE OUT THERE WHO CAN HELP ALL OF US TRYING TO CONNECT TO LIMEWIRE. I FEEL SORRY FOR THE PERSON WHO PURCHASED HIS VERSION AND IS STILL RECEIVING NO SUPPORT. WHAT'S GOING ON?

Oh, those who bought limewire do get email support.

Maybe you should download the latest version, - if your problems are solved, consider yourself lucky, if they aren't, there's not much one can do about it.
That doesn't sound like a bug and since you seem to be able to get a connection for a short time.

If it simply won't work, use another client.

WAKE UP!

This is not a forum to **** off all those who contribute their spare time to answer questions and develop this software. I'm not paid to answer questions here and so is no one else!
(excuse my language)

There is a group of people answering very often to all the questions. They do it in their spare time and they do it with all their heart.
If you post a detailed view of your problem you will much faster get an answer.
If someone writes "I can't connect. Limewire does not like me. why?" it does not help alot to those answering questions. if you write a detailed question like:

I can't connect to router.limewire.com and connect1.gnutella.net.....
I'm behind a firewall, running WinMe and Limewire 2.1.

This post would instantly get answers even by those who do not know all the source code of limewire. the problem is probably the firewall in this case.

so be patient!

and by the way there IS a good FAQ to limewire as well as those 'sticky' posts on top of every forum if people would read those their questions might be solved already.
