i'm on and off again....
i'm getting the same thing everytime i try to connect, it does for a sec, and then disconnects itself again... any hints or help would be awesome.

It seems we are in the same boat. Mine is doing the same thing.
Funny thing is WinMX, edonkey and all work just fine. Only lime wire is doing this crap.
