Limeware doesn't won't to connect
 

I'm running AOL 7.0 and just installed Limeware Basic. When I try to connect, it tries for a couple of seconds and then quits with no connections. This is running on a stand alone pc and not network protocols. I have only a modem connection. I wan't able to download the net file that was stated in your replys to other users. What do I need to do?
