Why do I say that?

Well a lot of peoble are asking for help, but no replys.

That makes me wonder : Is page just for frustrated peoble where they can sream all they want, cause no one is listening

If anybody wants to get help but themselve dont want
to help others, how do you think will anybody get help?
OK, there are moderators like me whose *job* is to help
other but if you are complaining just try to help others too.

Plus,
mods arent getting paid for helping. its their hobby.
