Why is my download VERY SLOW, or at times (most often) STOPPED

Hi, I'm on an iMac with cable connection/Firewall using the latest LimeWire Pro. It worked fine for a while, and no more. One song can take hours, and then stop. I downloaded programs some days ago (like 100s of MB), and that went fine, but no more :-(
Any good ideas? Thanks. Pip

Try disconnecting and reconnecting, this sometimes works :)
