How to circumvent gnutella filters Hi, I've just sucessfully installed Linux-Gnut on my university SunOS account but it's currently impossible to connect to the gnutella network, since the gateway is running some sort of filter. I've tried to connect to various hosts with different port numbers but without success. Seems like the filter is content-based and looks for the "GNUTELLA CONNECT"-sequence. Is there any chance, that this kind of filter can be circumvented? |
