 Yes, This is actually a problem with Java. There is one solution that might work for you. You can try running LimeWire with Java 1.3. Obviously this has the drawback that you can't use any of the new benefits of Java 1.4. Also I'm not certain whether this will actually work or not. Another option is to just forget about it. As far as I can tell, there are no other consequences of the bug other than the error message. I'll continue to investigate the problem and let you know if I find a better solution.
