y can't i freakin connect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just downloaded Limewire 2.5 and it won't connect. I think I have an idea why but im not exactly sure. Well the thing I think is not letting me connecting is the aol parental controls. But I don't understand why, because it lets me go to limewire.com and gnutella.com so why can't I connect??????????

Someone's help would be greatly appreciated
