![]() I've finally gotten Limewire to connect (no more red dot...yea!!!!). However, now when I choose a song to download, it downloads the song rather quickly (or at the same speed it did prior to my updating to 2.5.5), but after it's finished and it reads 100%, it won't 'disconnect' from the person that I'm downloading from. It continues to read 100% at a speed of 0.00. It doesn't want to transfer the file to my folder. It sometimes does work, but it often takes minutes of saying 100% at 0.00 . Also, after it has downloaded one song, everything slows down considerably. When I click on an item to download, it seems to be too backed up with the whole 100% at 0.00 to allow me to choose another song to download. It won't even allow me to close the Limewire window, so I must shut down my entire computer. Then, when I get it rebooted, I notice that the files (or most of the time 'file-singular' since it freezes up after one download usually) are in my folder. What's the deal? Am I going to have to download one song at a time and turn off my computer to make the darn thing go to my folder? Yeah, I know, this may be confusing, but any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a Mac by the way. |
