Default connection problem

Hi,
I can get into Limewire just fine. Although, I find it weird because usually it takes about a minute or two to load. (now it takes 30 seconds) When I get into it, it won't connect. My internet is working just fine. I have a Mac, but I don't have a telnet. Is there anything I can do to get my connection back without spending any money?

Hmmmmm.... I thought the connection problem was taken care of...

In Tools > Options > Connections - is router.limewire.com your first entry? I find that (now that it's back up) it is the best for more quick connecting. Other than that, not sure... are you at a college? Some block Gnutella...

Dear Julie Z,
The first entry in my connections is router.limewire.com. No, I am not a college student, and Gnutella isn't blocked. We recently had a problem with our router, though. I couldn't get on the internet or AOL, or anything like that. Once I got the problem taken care of, everything worked again, except for Limewire. Do you think I should try to re-install it?

Still Songless

I doubt reinstalling will help. Try the latest beta, it should fix a number of issues:
