Connection Problems/problemas de conección

I work in a Macitosh plataform and I couldn't connect.
Last week LimeWare works well, until this week I couldn't connect. Why?

Trabajo sobre una Macintosh con sistema mac OS 9.2. Hasta la semana pasada podía conectarme sin problemas y apartir de esta no. ¿Cuál puede ser el problema?
