Question 'disconnect' doesn't seem to work

LimeWire 1.4b is wonderful, EXCEPT for one annoying problem: the 'disconnect' button (NOT the 'exit' from the pull-down menu) doesn't really seem to disconnect me -- i get new uploads starting long after i've hit the button. this is annoying, because i end up having to exit in the middle of some poor schmo's upload. I'd much rather disconnect, wait for the last uploads to finish, THEN exit!

i understand that it takes a while for other hosts to realize that i'm offline, but it seems like the 'disconnect' button should prevent new uploads from starting!

Any ideas?????????

Actually that is a good point. I think they just made disconnect for disconnectiing from the network connections. Read my post on the thread http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...eadid=1641.The reason people can still download from you even though you're disconnection is b/c port 6346 is still open (allowing a connection to be established).

That would be a nice feature to have. Do not allow any more uploads than what you have all ready when you're disconnected.
