| Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network.

| Gila Since you are using DSL you may be connecting as an ultrapeer. You can look at the bottom of your connections page to see. You can go to tools, options, speed and turn off ultrapeer capabilities. This will greatly reduce the bandwidth (especially down) that Limewire requires. You can also do as trap_jaw suggests and reduce the bandwidth allowed. Limewire (or any Gnutella application) will use some resources. Norm |
