Help!!!! I Cannot Connect At All !!!
 

HELP!!!! I am unable to connect at all using LimeWire. I do not noe how to configure it pls help me. Thanks. I can provide more info upon request.

ISP Blocking
 

I downloaded LimeWire yesterday and like you couldn't connect at all. I went on the forum to see if I could get help. There I saw a message that an ISP was blocking someone.

So I went back to my old ISP (still on my system) and right away I was connected. The same has happened with Napster

That was the proof

So take it up with your ISP and give them the boot.

i am sorri but i am going through an isp but i am using my school LAN network. i guess i am behind some kind of firewall and i do not konw wat port use as i guess they have block port 6346. if anybody could, pls let me noe wat port to use and hoe to get about the firewall. thanks a million.

The are a lot of questions and answers on that forum regarding firewalls - If you can't get a response from a post - look for Mike Peralta - he has an email address in the members list - he seems quite happy to help people.
