Cant connect Limewire

Why cant I connect - I've even entered a new host
I've read that some ISP's block connection - Mine is V21.co.uk and its a new one.
I can sometimes get as far as the connecting window and then it just drops from site after about 30 secs.

I cant even connect to napster after changing even though I've reinstalled it.

Disgruntled granny! :confused:
