Limewire OSX wont connect
 

Hi, i have downloaded and installed the OSX version of limewire from there site, but it will not connect. I am running OSX Jaguar 10.2.4, do i need an update for limewire to work on this platform or is it somthing else....had limewire working on OS9 no problems, but not OSX. Am only running on a 56K dial up at mo but getting bradband V.soon.

Starting to rip my hair out and would really appreciate some help...Cheers

Is Limewire running in Classic? If so, download the OSX version. Either way, Limewire will take quite a while to build up a list of host to connect, especially on a modem. Watch the "connections" window to see what is happening with the hosts.
