Cant Connect
 

Last night I was downloading songs fine. Now today cant get any discovered host. My whole list is gone. And Limewire wont even connect to the gneutella hosts. I am using version 1.7c.

Hello!

You can no longer access Gnutella with a version prior to to the introduction of Gwebcache support. Your version tries to connect with LimeWire's old Hostcache servers to gain access to the network. But they have been taken offline and instead later versions of LW uses something called Gnutella Web Caching system to find other nodes on the network to connect to. A Gnutella Web Cache script is a little script that anyone can install on their webserver that cache's IP numbers to servents(users) on Gnutella enableing users clients to find eachother and connect to Gnutella.
