router issues?

I cannot connect to any server even after leaving it going overnight. Could it be due to my router and associated firewall?

Yes. But it's impossible to say how to fix this without any more information.

Yes. You guys should really give more information. What OS, do you have a router or firewall etc.

The most common problem seems to be that routers/firewalls block the port that gnutella uses.

If you know how to set up your router/firewall, set it to forward port 6346 to your local IP.

I hope this makes sense.
