Default Connection Problems -- IP address related?

I am on the corporate LAN. I RUN the corporate LAN. I'm not blocking 8200 or ports around that (not blocking anything outgoing).

I've run telnet from the DOS prompt to see if I can connect to the port (8200):
> telnet 63.251.224.177 8200
Trying 63.251.224.177...
Connected to 63.251.224.177.
Escape character is '^]'.

So I can connect to the port from my computer.

Limewire won't connect, and I get no error message. Just green light, 1 second, red light.

I rebooted our firewall today, which may have changed our IP address. I've quit and restarted limewire a few times, stilll no change (and no error msg). Any ideas?

Ok, what's the IP that Limewire uses initially? Or what's the list? Maybe I'm not getting a list... Since I get no error messages, I can't troubleshoot. Yes DNS is working. I'm here, aren't I? :-)

try opening port 6346 both for incoming and outgoing UDP and TCP traffic, as that is the common gnutella port.
