can't connect sometimes
 

running an XP computer with a 56 modem, have connected before and have downloaded... Now I click on connect and nothing hapens!!!! Am getting ready to uninstall Limewire and install Kazaa. Help anybody??

nah. go install kazaa...

{edit} sorry, meant to come back later and write something more meaningful, but actually, I have to agree with twc:

you have to give some meat with the bone. the fact that you can't connect gives little indication why exactly you can't connect.

Need more info.....


1) are you using AOL?
2) using a firewall?
3) do you have xp's Internet Security option running?
