i cant connect

i have aol 8.0 and i get online then i open up limewire and try to search. the search button is faded and when i go under file and click connect it un-fades for about one second the goes back faded i have windows 98 and limewire 3. 2. 1. i dont no what to do. any suggestions?

Try dling the latest limewire, it might fix the problem.
