How do I open Port 6346 on my Zonealarm (free vers.) ??
 

I have Cable and am behind a Firewall. Eventhough I have used LW for a long time I suddenly have problems connecting for weeks now. Then have upgraded to newest vers. no improv. Checked wit my ISP (Shaw.ca), they just moderate bandwith and do not block gnutella. I believe the problem lays with this Port6346. Please help. Thank you in advance. Marcel

Alright, your router/firewall should have come with a utility or other software interface and hopefully a manual. Go to this utility, and find the security options (or something of the like) and open port 6346. Is your firewall software or hardware? What OS do you use? If this doesn't work, tell me your router/firewall brand and model number, and we'll see what we can do.
