cant do this red green stuff
 

my fire wall is open to 6346. i have down loaded 3.4.7 and updated my softwear.My internet connection is DSL through a router. I share this connection with my roomate is that a problem? the router? I have opened the connection pain and hit connect and it startes to doo somthing but then it stops again. Next to the red light it says 27 files being chared. Is that right?
I have a mac osx version 10.2.6

I dont know what to do. Someone please help.

The router can also be set to allow port 6346, but you'll need to find out how from your router manufacturer. Linksys, for example, has a toll-free help line.

Still, before you go to a lot of work, contact your network administrator to see if they allow file sharing on port 6346 first.
