Can't Connect

I can't connect at time. At time a pop up asks me if I want to upgrade to version 3.02. I have already paid for 3.02 and try to reinstall 3.02, then a pop up tells me "error initializing file." *&*&*%(&*^%$##$%!!! It drive me nuts!!!
