Force IP not working?

In both the Linux and Windows versions 3.5.8, I don't see an IP address box next to the Force-IP option, just a port option box. I think this is a bug. Can someone confirm or deny if this is in fact a bug?

It's not a bug--around about LW 2.9.*, LW dropped the manual entry and started picking up the public IP automatically (from the connected hosts, I recall vaguely). If you look at the sample bug report, you'll see the IP that is forced listed there.
