Do you mean in the winamp playlist?

Open winamp click on "add" (left corner), choose "add dir" - now select your music folder. Now you can see all your MP3s. You can create different playlists, you can "remove" the songs you don´t want in this list - click with your right mouse button on the song and choose " reemove item", don´t worry you will only remove it from the actual list. When you are finished you can save your playlist, choose list options (right corner) and then save list, now you can choose hwere to save the playlist... thats it. :)
