I Cant Connect

THE FIRST DAY I WAS ABLE TO DOWNLOAD AND CONNECT WITH NO PROBLEM NOW IT WONT CONNECT AT ALL PLEASE GIVE ME A FEW TIPS ON WHAT CAN I DO
