Ok so another two days of dowloading with an ultrapeer and I got two more percentage points. Thats great, a point a day! Why shouold I leave my connection up as an ultrapeer and share lots of files when I get jack **** in return. Please implement a ranking system, be it time on line or files shared who cares either one is great. Otherwise limewire will die on the vine

Fair ranking systems don't work very well in an open-source environment. Limitting your upload speed should work, though.
When my upload speed is limitted to 11k/s, my files usually download fine.
