My Limewire Wont Connect

I am running Win 98 with t1 campus Connection on a Hp 656mhz 512 ram. I have tried ALL of the fixes on this forum and all to no avail. someone help me please. Email a fix to ThesoldierOrmund@aol.com.

Ask your net admin at university... He'll explain to you why and how they block gnutella traffic.
