Firewall

okay, since some people think the AOL Firewall is the problem for connecting, how do I put it away?

And another thing.....

My brother under his XP account can connect easily. The only downfall is that is songs don't go under the shared files. After you kill download after it's done, it dissappears.......

Whats wrong here?
