How can I connect to just one person?
 

I heard from someone that it's possible to connect to just one person's ip address and no one else's. Is this possible? How can I go about doing it?

I've never been able to do it
 

I've tried many times to connect directly, to cut down the d/l time.

I've seen a couple of different replies from hosts - usual one - behind a firewall !!!

Am I doing it wrong, or am I just unlucky- can someone help us?
