Please help-- CONNECTION
 

I am using Windows XP on my HP laptop. I have AOL 9.0 and Internet Explorer. I downloaded Limewire a few weeks ago but after consecutive trys to connect with no flash of a green light, I gave up and continued using my Kazaa. I am now fed up with Kazaa and would LOVE to start using Limewire but i have no idea where to begin. Also, I still have Kazaa installed to my comp. and I'm not sure if that could possibly be the problem? I am connected through the internet with DSL school connection. I don't really understand about firewalls so obviously i don't know if i'm using one or if so, which one it is. Please help me, i would appreciate it very much!
