Please help me!! I have been trying for the past two days to connect and I am having no luck. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Isn't there anyone live that I can talk to that can walk me through this?

What Firewall, if any
What internet connection type you have
Whether or not you are using a school connection
Are you having problems with a NEW, first time ever installation
