 Can you give more details? It's good to connect to others near you (locale preferencing). 56k modems (even broadband) can also choke on the number of connections that may be needed if you have a lot of incomplete files and downloads trying to connect. Clean kill the downloads and clean up the incomplete folder and see if that helps.  |
