Can't Connect
 

We have had Limewire Pro for about two weeks and have had no problems, but suddenly we can't connect!!!! When we go to file connect it connect's for about 1 second and then says Disconnected in the bottom left hand corner. PLEASE HELP!!
I have looked in other forums and I am completely baffled by all the jargon of how to try and fix it, so if any one could explain it step by step that would be GREAT as my boyfriend is ready the throw our PC out of the window!!!
