Can't load Limewire

When I try and start the program I get an alert saying "Unable to access jarfile LimeWire.jar" What does this mean, and when will I be able to use Limewire again?

Can you tell us the version of Java you have, computer OS, RAM, CPU, LW version, net connection type, firewalls, zonealarm?, etc. You can find a full list of what we need to know 1st HERE!
