Thumbs down intermittent connectivity!

I bought pro about two months ago and for the last 7 days My connectivity is up and down like a G**Da*n YOYO! I have to say it is wearing thin on my patients. And before you go saying something snappy about my side of the network just know that I monitor my connection and hardware 24/7... It is not me it's the fricken network and I would hope that I can keep my turbo status for more than 5 minutes so i can finish what I am doing. It takes longer to restart my proccesses than it does for a general Dl.

first try reinstalling limewire, make shure you have the password and e-mail you used to get the password if you can't remember go to http://www.limewire.com/english/cont...pro_lookup.jsp
you were using when you download pro to uninstall you go to add/remove programs and uninstall there, than you delete the files, in the limewire folder, which is usually under program files. and the .limewire folder inside of documents and settings even though you say you monitor your computer some things can start to decay.
or try checking with your isp if they have something to do with it
