Connection Problems

I can't connect at all! The green light comes on for about 2 seconds before turning red again. Have setup the gnutella TCP/UDP in the internet firewall connections but still no luck!

Please help someone!!!

Have installed latest JAVA version which then worked but now its unpredictable and sometimes connects, sometimes doesn't. How can I solve this?
