somebody help me out here
my inter net is 128 kb /128 kb it works fine for 30 minutes then stops then i reboot my laptop and its working fine and fast and then its slows down,.... then dead
i dont have much time its gonna die again pls post some thing
why is the inter net slowing down
and aslo why my lime is uploading and not downloading :\ :confused:

well yes only when i am downloading

well yes : my dload/upload speed is 128/128

yes my speed tends to die when i am using LW ( i.e slows down and then disconnects after soemtime )
i dloaded bitcomet for torrents and kept it all nbight my speed did slow down becuase i was doloading obviously but it did not die on me
but when i strt my lime wire my speed dies..

also is lime wire spyware and do i need to get limewirepro in order to fix this bug or problem becuase being a spyware is a problem.

Were did you dld LW from? The official site says clearly "no spyware".
Ok, do you have any firewalls (XP has a built-in one)?
I'm tempted to say Java again but I don't really see how it would be responsible for this...
Try this strange indeed solution. If it doesn't work, dld the latest version and install, and if you already have it, dld the latest beta version and install.
