connection problems

Sorry if I am posting this question in the wrong section. I am having connection problems, I already followed the step given on the LimeWire Site But it still won't connect me. If anyone has the patience to explain this to a newbe it would be appreciated.Thanx

I was just about to say it is in the right section, but I read that it was moved so I won't go on about that.
are you using firewalls, proxies or windows service pack 2 (mention which firewall and proxies) do you have any more valuble info to give us like peerless said we need details....I don't like asking these questions and not being able to solve your problem right away
