Shutting down interent connection?

Recently, while connected to Limewire, my interent connection is shutting down. This has happened several times over the past few days. I am running Windows 98 with a Pentium 3 and I should have plenty of memory.

Anyone know what's going on??

what type of modem do you have and where did you get your limewire?
