Blue Stars Gone with wireless router

I just installed a wireless router. I managed to get limewire to work through the routers firewall. but I seem to have lost all my super fast downloading blue star search results. How do I get them back????!!!!!
Blue stars are results found on my LAN network (i think)... im also havin problems connecting voice chats on msn messenger (just incase someone can help out with this too)...

Is your LAN net also wireless?
If it isn't, then I don't surpise me that you lost them: it just means that you are not connected to that net anymore.

The LAN is normal ethernet... not wireless.. i just added the rounter in my appartment to get rid of the wires... is there some setting I can change to make the blue star downloads come back?

On MS WIN XP... network connections... right click ur internet connection.. properties... advanced... settings... advanced.... choose your connection in the network connection settings... click settings... u should be in "advanced settings" services tab... click Add... Description: Gnutella.... External port #: 6346... Internal port #: 6346... select TCP option... OK... repeat same proces and add the same for UDP.... thats how i got it to work...

but i cant get the blue starts back!! i liked em.. it takes 5 seconds to download so many MBs!!! =(

Sure it takes 5 secs to dld something big: when in LAN, it's virtually as if you were using the same computer with the other user.
Anyways, well, I heard that you can loose a lot of speed if you use a wireless.

If it's not too much trouble (I bet it is...), try reconnecting the cables. See if you get the stars there (I bet you will...)
