If you are using Norton, make sure you go in and allow LW's port through its firewall. Otherwhise, it will block LW's connection. Make sure you also have the latest version of java. (1.4 or 1.5) You can dw it from java's site.

More infos would really help.

1. Which firewall are you using?
2. Which OS are you using?
3. Are you within a LAN, are you using a router?

Please anwser all questions.
