limewire coonnection problems!!!
 

i have installed limewire 4.1.5.i also have cable connection but my limewire says that my connection is poor.it has advised me that it could be because my firewall(zone alarm) is blocking limewire access to the internet.so i turned the firewall off but nothing happened.the connection is still poor.what should i do?thanks
