connection problems
 

I can't get connected. I'm using Windows XP and for some reason after following the directions I still can't get connected.

Do the following Bug Report (click on link for instructions & sample) test & post back whether your result is True/False. Also did you configure your XP firewall & any other firewalls? See here for instructions: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/firewalls.shtml Which service pack do you have; SP1 or SP2? What type of modem & router do you have (brand & model no.)? Where are you connecting from, home, school, work, etc.?
